Shipping, Pick-Up & Deliveries


IN-STORE PICK-UP:

We offer in store pick-up! 

Once you receive an email notification that your order is ready to pick up, please bring order confirmation & valid photo ID. Call (787) 205-7264 upon arrival, and we will meet you at the store front if requested.

Pick-up hours: 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday-Saturday.

Address: 410 Ave. Esmeralda, Guaynabo

Orders placed before 4:00PM AST will generally be ready for pick up the same day.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US & PR):

 

USPS standard shipping is FREE within U.S. (and all its territories) on all orders $100+

Processing Time:

1-2 business days (business days are Tuesday-Saturday)

Standard Shipping:

Flat Fee: $7.95

Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days - after processing time.

Priority Shipping:

Flat Fee: $15

Delivery Time: 1-3 business days - after processing time

Priority Express Shipping:

Flat Fee: $60

Delivery time: 1-2 business days guaranteed - after processing time

 

 

CANADA SHIPPING:

 

USPS standard shipping is FREE on all orders $200+

Processing Time:

1-2 business days (business days are Tuesday-Saturday)

Standard Shipping:

Flat Fee: $20 (CAD)

Delivery Time: 5-12 business days - after processing time

Express Shipping:

Flat Fee: $35 (CAD)

Delivery Time: 2-5 business days - after processing time

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 


United States Postal Service USPS is our default carrier for domestic and international shipments. During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be extended.

Processing Time:

1-2 business days (business days are Tuesday-Saturday)

Standard International Shipping:

Flat Fee $45

Delivery Time: 6-12 business days.

Express International Shipping:

Flat Fee $60

Delivery Time: 2-5 business days.

 

Payment and Address Verification:
- All orders require matching billing and shipping addresses
- Orders placed with international credit cards undergo additional fraud verification
- This verification process may slightly extend delivery times
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal for international orders

Undeliverable Packages and Returns:
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Unclaimed package

The customer will be charged the actual return shipping costs incurred by Indika Swim. Once we receive the returned package:
- The item cost will be credited to the customer (credit via email)
- Actual shipping charges will be deducted
- Any unpaid customs/duties will be deducted
- Our team will contact you upon receipt of the returned package

Service Restrictions:
Due to carrier restrictions and excessive duties/fees, we currently do not ship directly to:
-Argentina -Belarus -Bhutan -Haiti -Israel -Niue -Greece -Russia -Sudan -Uzbekistan

 

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Indika Swim is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees charged by customs authorities, border agencies, or brokerage firms. For specific details about potential charges, please contact your local customs office.

Indika is not responsible for carrier or other delays which are beyond its control, (e.g. poor weather conditions, natural disasters, customs delays in the recipient country, etc.). Customers who contact us within 20 business days from shipment date claiming that their items were never delivered are eligible for a replacement item or store credit only. Please note you may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.
