Returns & Exchanges
For an exchange or store credit, please contact us via email at email@example.com. We do not return money, only store credit.
Steps to follow:
Please send the item(s) back to us in their original condition, including all tags, within 15 days of the delivery date. Once tags are removed from an item, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, washed, or damaged in any way. Items received in such conditions will be returned to the client, no credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment.
We will pay for your return label, on orders that are $100+.
Items on SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. All SALE purchases are final.
